Pro's Choice Rust Away is a pleasant, fast-acting and safe-to-use alternative to common rust removers. Quickly removes even the toughest rust stains from carpet, upholstery and other surfaces. Rust Away transforms rust to a colorless substance that you can easily rinse away. Removal is safe, simple and economical. Just apply to rust, agitate treated fibers with a soft-bristled brush or other recommended cleaning utensil, and rinse clean. Rust Away does not contain hazardous hydrofluoric acid.
We recommend that users practice on a piece of carpet scrap to develop the technique before using the product for a professional cleaning. As with most cleaners, test in an inconspicuous area for color fastness. Removal of some of the carpet dye is possible. Do not use on natural fibers, such as wool and silk.
